Law of attraction and meditation, what is meditation?, and how can it be used to work with the law of attraction?.

Law of attraction is the vibratory force of the universe that brings like for like particles together. We are all vibrational beings constantly emitting signals out into the universe by means of our thoughts and emotions. The experiences and situations we all experience in life are determined by the different types of thoughts and emotions we all experience in out daily lives.

What does mediation have to do with this I hear you say, well in actual fact it has everything to do with it. Mediation is a place inside yourself where you can experience a greater clarity, this in turn can then allow you to begin to focus on the thoughts and emotions that will serve you, bringing the experiences and situations in your life that you want to experience.

If you could imagine that through daily life as you think thoughts and feel emotions, you are very much experiencing these thoughts and emotions by default. I will list examples of what I mean below:-

Someone upsets you like the boss, or family or friend - You feel upset or angry. The situation caused you to feel and experience a negative emotion.

You feel tired in job, fed up, wanting it to change, wanting more money.

The situation has caused you to feel frustrated and aware of what you have not got, another negative emotion.

You are ill and the doctor gives you a diagnosis stating there is nothing you can do.

The situation causes you to feel helpless and uncertain as to what to do, another negative emotion.

All of these emotions are experienced by default in other words you experience them as a result of the outside circumstances in your life.

Meditation allows you to actually take control of your thoughts and feelings and focus on those thoughts that are going to serve you, that are going to attract new experiences into your life. It can be likened to a laser beam being focused in the direction that you want it to be focused.

So meditation is really a space that you create by lying or sitting in a comfortable position and just closing your eyes and allowing your body to relax. Once in this state you can then begin to practice the feeling place of what it is you want to attract, whether it be increased abundance, new love, a better job, your body to become healthy in fact anything.

This is real control, as you begin to take control of your thoughts and emotions, you also begin to shape your destiny, your future into something pleasing to you.

So use law of attraction and meditation and make it your intention to experience this once per day and enjoy getting into the feeling place of what you want to attract and very soon you will find you will move through time and space to live the life that you have imagined in your meditations.

Law of Attraction Article

The purpose of this law of attraction article and all the others I have posted is so that the public reading this can get the powerful law of attraction working in your life right now. I have laid down all of the principles and techniques that can assist you right now.

So why do more people not create there life? That question has as many answers as there are people on the planet. However to get things started the 2 biggest obstacles most people have are detailed below:

· Most do not believe it can really work (doubt)
· Most expect it to happen instantly (impatience)
· Do not understand truly what they are doing in applying the techniques.

Let’s examine the 3 examples above in detail so we can establish a way forward. In the first example most people from a very early age are stripped of hope. Have you ever heard things like this, this is the real world and you have to work hard to achieve anything, stop dreaming that will get you nowhere. There are all sorts of sayings but it comes down to the same we are programmed as we grow up to stop believing that we create our life. So we begin to focus on the life around us, when this is not a good experience it creates a vibration of negativity which in turn attracts negativity and destroys hopes and dreams. What can be done. Well you can begin right now to release those doubts. They were someone else’s, spoken to you by someone else. So make a decision each time doubt enters your mind that this was created for you by someone else and that you are free to think and feel what you choose. Each time you do this the doubts will be less and less and eventually they will be released from your awareness. This will then give you a whole new page with which to work from.

Most people expect it to happen instantly. When things do not happen within a time they have set or within a couple of weeks. A lot just give up. Remember do not give up, you have had a lifetime of negativity surrounding you. So if it takes 6 or 12 months to release that. This is nothing compared to negativity you have experienced over that past 30 40 50 years of your life dependent on how old you are. Hold the faith, it does work, I got it to work which prompted this article. To get it working the right way you though you have to persevere. So do it now and continue doing it and things will shift. When you begin start small to build your faith. Also the small things will come much more quickly as there are not so many negative beliefs attached to them.

So there you have it, release the doubts, and keep the faith. Good things happen when you believe, is my biggest law of attraction affirmation. I created that affirmation and it has worked stupendously for me throughout the years.

So begin right now, creating the life you always dreamed of, take the baby steps (attract the small things), then go for it.

The Secret Online Law of Attraction Experiment



Its just a bit of fun

The Secret Online experiment, is a experiment which puts the law of attraction to the test. I decided to carry out an experiment on law of attraction where I take someone through the process and individual techniques to get the test subject to manifest their reality from thought.
It was just a bit of fun at first, a thought that played in my mind like a seed where I thought that would be good, I would love to do that. As I am a hypnotherapist and law of attraction coach, to me it just felt like the next logical step.


A strange thing then happened, a client came to see me who actually run her own online radio show, the het show on glastonbury radio.net. This got me thinking even more. What happened next was no less than astounding. The presenter asked me, asked me, if I would carry out a secret online experiment where I take her through her emotional paces to begin getting law of attraction working in her life. I began to laugh, it still amazes me even today the power of thought and positive emotions to manifest thought into reality is just amazing.


It was just a bit of fun to think about at first, then within 2 weeks it was a physical reality in front of me. I said yes instantly so quickly in fact it shocked her. That was the seed for the secret online experiment.


The results well we have shows every two weeks where listeners can ask questions and are updated on Lins progress, the amazing thing is we have only been carrying the experiment out on air for 5 / 6 weeks, and already amazing things are manifesting in Lins life.

Many many people know now about the law of attraction, and how you can begin to create your own reality. However the question I ask, is how many people out there are doing it, I do not mean attracting parking spaces and things like that. I mean creating real life changes?


Well if you are like most, not many, when something does not come at the set date or within a very short period of time, most people become disheartened and think this does not work.
The thing is sometimes you can be too specific. Until you yourself are in a real place of belief about the law of attraction and what it can do for you, ie attract the life you want. It is never going to work as effectively as you would like this is because you maybe too aware of the lack of it, have too many contradictory beliefs (emotional responses), and lots of other reasons.
What can happen because you are living the NOW!! Of the situation you cannot get into the real place of belief about the specific things that you want.


The best thing for you to do in this situations is to think and most importantly feel about the subject of your attention in a general non specific way ie money health, success, etc. That is what the secret online quotes are designed to do, to allow you to feel the emotional state of what you want in a general way. Once you begin to experience improvement in the condition, subject of what you want to attract, you then begin to increase your belief factor which can then get you to a point where you can be specific and really believe that what you want can come, and then it will.

The Secret Film - How does it work then?

Law of attraction and money how I got it to work for me.

Well I am going to share a bit of what I learned, basically what I realised is that the techniques of spending 15 or 20 minutes a day carrying out the various visualisation excercises are just to allow you to practice the feeling place of what you want.

However like many others I know and I am sure some of you out there, as soon as I stopped the visualisation and returned to so called waking reality, it created a feeling of longing within me. In other words I was really aware of the lack of what I wanted. This actually created anxiety within me and a kind of pining, like a feeling of desperation.

What I found, as I mentioned earlier is that if you practice the feeling place of it with the techniques, like the techniques in my book ‘how to make the law of attraction work for you’ when you are then faced with an adverse situation such as an angry employer, the red letter bill, the unfaithful partner, or whatever it may be, you then begin to use the technique in other words access the feeling that you practiced in your technique so that you can use it easily and effectively in the real life situations.

What eventually happens is that you change your emotional responses (beliefs) to adverse situations, and then you find that the you begin to find doors of opportunity begin to open, which lead you to what you want.
